Inspiration: As was the inspiration for Ensemble, the majority of Phoenix follows the inspiration of Ensemble.

Plotline: As a sequel to Ensemble, Phoenix delves deeper into what makes the characters and gives closure to the storyline. It begins two years after the final chapter of Ensemble.

Character Inspiration: All characters are once again inspired by friends, with a greater portion being developed on the spot.

Action Inspiration: Unlike the majority of Ensemble, Phoenix focuses a bit more on swordplay and sieges.
